Decided to join Envato's marketplace and sell textures that I make there. I've seen that people make a nice income off of posters/mockups there and can be free from day job because of it!!! That's what I'm going for!

I think most of designers should join marketplace like this as it helps improving your skills and makes money (pretty much passively).
